Office Manager

Lisa joined Alsation Land Company in 2002 as Office Manager, bringing with her many years of real estate management and sales expertise.

Prior to joining Alsation, she accrued over twenty years of diversified business experience with special emphasis in sales, marketing and corporate operations management, including over ten years with a Fortune 500 company as a top-producing senior sales director assuming a management position within her first year. Having built her sales force from ground level and successfully penetrating a new geographic market, she was responsible for the training and oversight of hundreds of consultants throughout the nation; and was consistently recognized for achieving annual production that ranked in the top 1% of the company.

Lisa’s expertise also includes working directly alongside the President and executive team of a billion dollar retail banking organization. Working in collaboration with a private developer for over fifteen years, Lisa assisted in the management and operations of a multi-million industrial real estate investment company.

Lisa is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in both Missouri and Kansas.
